OUR GREAT TREASURE
Ilercavonia is our best "extra virgen" olive oil and is obtained out of an special selection of our best olive fruits. These are carefully collected from the tree by hand when they are just ripe. Ilercavonia olive oil is kept in the darkness at a soft constant temperature.
